A half in VFFs

Yesterday I ran my furthest distance in my Vibram Bikilas – a half marathon or 13.1 miles. It wasn't a race. We're having a family holiday in the Cotswolds so what better opprtunity to get out into the fresh air and enjoy the countryside.
